Since it is one of the most famous App many users want to download Snapchat for Windows phone. So other Windows Phone developers took this as chance and tried to develop some third-party App similar to Snapchat. Some of the substitutes for Official Snapchat for Windows Phones are 6Snap, Swapchat and few other.

But even the third party Apps for Snapchat didn’t go well. After sometimes there was a serious security issue in Snapchat where huge numbers of user photos are made public. The Snapchat team thought that the third party Apps are the main reason for the security issue. At first, the team sends a notice to the 6Snap team and later the third party was removed from the Windows Store. On May 16th, One person tweeted to Snapchat Support team, asking whether the Snapchat will be available for Windows Phone. The Support team replied back to him saying that ” There are plans to make it available in the future, we’ll give deets when that’s close. Hope this helps! 🙂 ” But Now Snapchat Support team have deleted their tweet.

Step 1: Download Internet Download Manager (IDM) for free here.
